We’re super excited to announce that this year we are running the first Masbiekers Valley Art Competition in Swellendam. The 2019 competition is open to students from high schools in the Swellendam area.
Masbiekers Valley Environmental Sculpture Competition
Masbiekers Valley Project received a small grant from the Table Mountain Fund & World Wildlife Fund (WWF) administered by Grootbos and the Whale Coast Conservation Trust in order to run the Environmental Sculpture Competition this year (2019). A big thank you to them for the grant without which the competition would not be taking place.
Thanks to Friends of Marloth, a fantastic community organisation in Swellendam, for generously sponsoring the prize money for the competition winners!
A big thank you also to Atelier Graphic Design Studio for designing our awesome MVP logo, the competition posters and more! We’re super chuffed and grateful for the professional branding from these talented folks 🙂
THANK YOU to all of our sponsors and donors for helping us to make the Environmental Sculpture Competition happen!
We can’t wait to see what the students gain from this competition and bring to the local environment.
